Confusion never stops, closing walls and ticking clocks (gonna), come back and take you home, I could not stop that you now know (singing), come out upon my seas, curse missed opportunities (am I), a part of the cure, or am I part of the disease (singing)…
Just as both ultraviolet and infrared light are both invisible to the eyes, sometimes things on different extremes of the spectrum can share certain properties. It is especially evident here in the 2klever blog, where an incredibly nonsensical and fallacious jumble of words written by a lower mortal is followed by the ultimate monument of wisdom and enlightenment written by the very source of knowledge and everything else. Despite these differences (which are greater than that between Mount Everest and the Mariana Trench) there is the apparent similarity of song lyrics being quoted in the first paragraph. Unfortunately the superficial similarity stops at and goes not one word beyond those very points that mark the end of the first paragraph, for already the dichotomy between the great and the noob is unmistakable; for only the latter, with his balloon like head free of knowledge and the heavy responsibilities that come bundled with it, could possibly bounce without fear of destroying the earth below. Or perhaps his head was indeed weighted down, (but by fallacies that make it dense as lead) but was unaware of potential damage to the concrete ground below and hence jumped happily for joy, creating those very cracks that you see along the pavements outside the RJC school gate. Well at least we must be glad that he was only dense and hence not overly voluminous, for if it were the latter he would be stuck in air like those unfortunate victims in “yo momma” jokes.
The question here is: What was the purpose of our little exercise of pointing out the obvious?
While you contemplate on the great mystery I shall move on to our actual topic of discussion.
First it must be noted that the great divine one has previously written two other blog posts on the topic of time. They can be accessed from this nice link here.
Either due to sheer stupidity or pure stubbornness (possibly both) our noob friend here has chosen to defy the teachings of the great deity. In a series of deceiving sentences, he has tried to undermine the importance of the present by first reducing it to 1/3 of all time, and then to a fraction which he claims to be "insignificant".
It is here that we must reflect whether time is something which could be quantized at all. The assumption of most unenlightened ones (which includes most deceived practitioners of the witchcraft they call science) would be that it is possible to "measure" time. Yet we should have known by now how obvious it is that the flow of time is obviously far more mysterious than we think. It is easy to see how certain lectures (their subjects i would rather not mention) are apparently longer than others, and time apparently zips past when one is asleep. I foresee that some would then claim the existence of a standard flow of time, removed from human consciousness and hence is universal. I must assure you that such is not the case.
Time, as we can see from various displacement/other variables versus time graphs, is simply another axis. There is nothing which says where time should flow on the graph. It could perhaps oscillate between t=1 and t=2, or it could go from t=infinity and count backward towards t=negative infinity. Or it may stay static.
The same point put in another way, we can examine the instrument which we believe to impartially tell the time. Imagine the most primitive of humans start with a very crude clock. Now he thinks that he has made a more accurate clock. How does he makes sure that it is accurate? Does he compare it with his crude clock? But then he would only find out that they are different, and not which is more accurate. Does he depend on his own estimation? But we already assumed that there is an universal flow of time outside of our experiences. Or does he simply make the presumption that time flows constantly, and then circularly argue that hence the time taken for 10 sand grains to drop through the neck of an hourglass must be half of that for 20 sand grains?
A quantitative measurement of time is apparently invalid because that which gives time (originally just a dimension like length) its special qualities is apparently human experience. It is our consciousness that drives the flow of time, and hence it follows that "time" as a concept has no meaning outside of human experience. Having shown that, it is easy to see how the present is the most important, because it is the only scenario which depends on the least number of assumptions and possesses the largest number of evidence for its existence. (Refer to my blog post found from the link mentioned earlier) For those too lazy to read that, it can be summarized that because time only has meaning within human consciousness and because human consciousness only exists in the present, the present is apparently the only thing which exists.
Hence the validity of the argument put forth in the previous post would hinge entirely on the assumption of the existence of either the improbable or the imaginary.
But even if we were to take 10000 steps back and allow those who wish to remain submerged in their falsehoods to assume that time actually can be measured in terms of absolute numerical length, it is still clear that such a quantitative evaluation of any period of time would be inferior to a qualitative evaluation which is based on how much you actually feel. Would 10 hours in sleep be "more" than a few mere seconds spent engaging in or experiencing the climax of particular activities (unsuitable to be mentioned even on a blog such as this)? This point, just like Rei Ayanami's unfathomable beauty is so obvious only beings of the lowest intellect could possibly miss it. Given how lingzhang cannot even grasp the proper concept of the singular "time", it is hardly surprising that he would miss the meaning of "a thousand million times" by a thousand million miles.
Everytime I look at Saber, one of my muscles twinge too. That muscle is my stomach, and i assure you the unsightly and poorly designed character makes my stomach twinge so hard i am positive it is the source of all my indigestion.
The perfection of rei surpasses all (but one whose name i wish not and probably need not mention)(erm not referring to myself, for i am "perfect" beyond the limits of the meaning of the word "perfection")
