And our superbly open-minded (note heavy use of sarcasm) friend over there has been so confused he has managed to describe his concoction of Barium Nitrate and Copper Sulphate as “crystal-clear”. I suppose some people are simply multi-disciplinary dimwits, whose inaptitude is universal across subjects.
Speaking of intellect, my tremendously powerful brain is obviously protected by a proportionately adamantine skull and an indestructible will, and hence physical invulnerability is an unsurprising characteristic. On the other hand, a makeshift head constructed of rotting ligneous material absorbing all the putrid toxins and noxious gases would naturally be in constant danger of annihilation from a simple bash.
Somehow, the evolution of English has been driven by such blockheads to the extremely ridiculous outcome that “reference” has become synonymous with “claim as an assumption”. How impossibly ridiculous it is for one to be labeled ridiculous for simply pointing out the plain ridiculousness in something which is plainly ridiculous!
As it turns out imagination isn’t a patent of the mentally adroit, for here we see how the author of the previous post has created for us entire world complete with a chasm and neon big font signs for the purposes of absolutely nothing. If time could not be measured in block quantities then how can one conclude that the present is negligible due to its short and almost inexistent duration? It seems that after our friend has built his argument he decided to silently tear apart the underlying assumptions and supporting logic such that his conclusion may float in air like the flying city of Laputa.
Confusion ensues as our friend accuses the meticulous observer of details as myopic and considers his hyperopic eyes as farsighted. Alas, fire breathing is not such a desirable trait nowadays, especially when the highly flammable and volatile ethanol can cause 2nd degree burns to the fire-breather’s own face. And of course being permanently horny isn’t something to proud of, and instead is a psychological ailment that requires treatment by trained experts. Though it may be true that not all concepts of time are mutually exclusive, it is plain as plain white pasta that the truth would not include all other false explanations. For example what we see here are false explanations that attribute an unconfirmed phenomena to the passage of time. Let the well learned tell you what those red orbs really are! They are simply the different frames of existence of an object, and it is human experience that brings us through these “frames”. Hence it would only be a regularity assuming that human experience can somehow be proven to be constant and linear. Which of course we know is not the case.
Once again, the simplistic brains would naturally find the simplistic and of course false explanations and reject the truth. The terms “past”, “present” and “future” are relevant to only those who trust their blind intuition. When reality is not a slow flying ball but subatomic particles put through synchrotrons and accelerated to nearly the speed of light, a baseball bat and some stubborn intuition would most definitely fish you a one-way ticket to heaven. In other words, such arguments that do not rely on logic are likely to be fatally wrong. Is time truly a flow concept? Then why are we forever stuck at the present? If it goes around in loops or speeds up or slows down, would we be able to tell at all? Intuition is clearly the most convenient explanation, and at the same time the most horrendously ridiculous and wrong. Though intuition is obviously a derivative of experience, it is also obviously a product of a derivation gone horribly wrong in exchange for a few convenient shortcuts. Let me illuminate this logic with a well-chosen analogy. Your blind faith in intuition is like claiming that the first derivative of cosine squared x is apparently 2 cosine x. A disdain for soccer balls due to external reasons (especially reasons that involve the “gender of usually weaker intellect”) should not be brought into proper arguments. Though I wouldn’t really mind since your arguments are hardly proper in the first place.
The simple organ called a brain would tell you that you don’t need to use a word more than once to misuse it. You can write the word “one” just one time and mean it to mean “two” and it is still using the word interchangeably.
P.S. Perhaps you would know when whatever you eat stop becoming “noob comestible” by definition the millisecond you pop it down your tummy.
P.P.S That is a convenient and rather nice sounding way of saying that you yourself have a deficit of both mass and height.
